Services Offered
Financial Statement Audit
Comprehensive examination of an organization’s financial records, statements, and related operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and fairness in the representation of its financial position. Conducted by an independent certified public accountant (CPA), these audits provide stakeholders, including investors, creditors, and regulatory bodies, with confidence in the integrity of the financial information presented.
Financial Statement Review
A level of assurance that is less extensive than an audit but more substantial than a compilation. During a review, a CPA performs analytical procedures and inquiries to verify that there are no material modifications needed for the financial statements to conform to the applicable financial reporting framework. This process includes evaluating the consistency of financial data, identifying any unusual items, and confirming that the financial statements are plausible and free of obvious misstatements. t.
Compilations
The preparation of financial statements based on information provided by management. Unlike audits or reviews, a compilation does not involve expressing an opinion or assurance on the financial statements. Instead, the CPA organizes the data into the proper financial reporting framework, ensuring that the statements are clear and properly formatted for use by management, lenders, or other stakeholders.
Agreed-Upon Procedures
Involve a CPA performing specific procedures on financial or non-financial data as agreed upon by the client and any third parties, such as regulators or lenders.
