How to Apply for Legal Assistance
CLSMF has launched an online intake application to streamline the process of determining eligibility for assistance. Applicants can submit their legal issues through the online portal, and a CLSMF staff member will follow up within five business days. However, submitting an application does not guarantee legal representation.
For urgent legal matters, such as eviction notices or court dates within two weeks, applicants are advised to call the HELPline directly at 1-800-405-1417.
